平素は格別のご高配を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。
私は1989年、国内メーカーにおいて海外向けICT・移動通信システムエンジニアとして社会人の第一歩を踏み出しました。
その後、外資系メーカーへ転じてからも一貫してICT・移動通信分野に身を置き、携帯電話事業の発展とともに現場の最前線で走り続けてまいりました。
しかし40歳を過ぎた頃、「自分の仕事は誰のためになっているのか」「本当に人の役に立てているのか」という問いが、強く心に芽生えるようになりました。責任ある業務に全力で取り組む一方で、より直接的に人や社会の力になれる仕事を自らの手で創りたい——その思いが、起業を決意する原動力となりました。
人の役に立つ仕事を通じて価値を届け、信頼と感謝でつながる関係を築きたい。この信念のもと、2013年、46歳でツカゼン株式会社を設立いたしました。
当社のモットーは「人知れずいい仕事を、誰と、何を、何の大義の為に！」です。
目立つことよりも、本質的な価値を出すこと。形式よりも中身。短期の利益よりも長期の信頼。重要な判断に迷ったときほど、この言葉に立ち返り、ぶれない軸としております。
現在（2026年1月時点）、社員・スタッフ合わせて17名の体制ではありますが、少数精鋭だからこそ実現できる機動力と実行力があります。そして何より、志を共有できる仲間に恵まれていることこそ、当社の最大の財産です。
一人ひとりが責任を持ち、誠実に仕事へ向き合う集団であり続けたいと考えております。
私たちはこれからも、「必要とされる存在であること」に徹底してこだわります。
現場で、事業で、人材で、社会で——確かな価値を出し続けることで、お客様と関係各位の発展に貢献してまいります。

Message from the President
Thank you very much for your continued support and trust.
I began my professional career in 1989 as an overseas ICT and mobile communications systems engineer at a Japanese manufacturer.
I later moved to a global company, and throughout my career I have remained deeply involved in the ICT and mobile communications field,working on the front lines during the rapid growth of the mobile industry.
After turning forty, however, I found myself asking a fundamental question: Who does my work truly serve, and what real value am I creating?
While I was fully committed to my responsibilities, I developed a strong desire to build something more directly beneficial to people andsociety through my own initiative.
That conviction ultimately led me to start my own company.
With a firm belief in delivering real value through meaningful work and building relationships grounded in trust and appreciation,I founded Tsukazen Co., Ltd. in 2013 at the age of 46.
Our guiding principle is: “Do meaningful work with integrity — with the right people, for the right purpose.”
Rather than seeking visibility, we value substance. Rather than short-term gains, we prioritize long-term trust.
Whenever we face important decisions, we return to this principle as our compass.
As of January 2026, our team consists of 17 dedicated members. Though we are a compact organization, our strength lies in agility,accountability, and execution. Above all, I consider it our greatest asset to work alongside trustworthy and capable colleagues who share the same values and commitment to excellence.
We remain fully committed to being a company that is truly needed — in the field, in our services, in our people, and in society.
By consistently delivering dependable value, we strive to contribute to the growth and success of our clients and partners.
